Routine bookkeeping services are generally provided weekly and you can confidently expect the following:
- Cash Management with Forecasting - know where you are, where you were, and where you are going to be with our "Comfort Analysis" report
- Weekly (or more frequent) interim reconciliation of your operating bank account(s)
- 'Real-time' bookkeeping allowing you to obtain most reports upon request
- Job-costing
- Work in Process (WIP) reporting
- Full-service payroll
- Segmented financials for multiple lines of business
- Sales tax, etc.
This service is priced using a flat monthly fee, so you can know your bookkeeping budget.
